I would like to share one of my worst ever experience which I have been put to. I was looking for some good options for 5/2/2 aquarium. I bought this from the Aveek Mukherjee but little did i know that i was making a big mistake. This guy was hellbent on having the payment done in advance. I did it as I thought I have to pay anyways. Aquarium was delivered with scratches and cracks, delivery fees was Rs. 1500 and it started leaking(See Video attached). I approached the same guy asked him to look into this. I requested him several times to fix it but he did not pay heed. I would like to know from is this the how you treat your customers. I think the store is more concerned about the advance payment and least about the customer satisfaction. All I would like to say is guys please refrain from dealing with store. The sheer disappointment is all you are going to get.
Recently I bought 5 kgs of gravel from Aveek. The material is very good and it has given my tank a nice look. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future again. Keep up the good work!!
Got the fish from aveek da which I always wanted to have. Cant thank u enough dada. Superb quality and he really took the pain to call me early morning to ask about the fish after the shipment was recieved. Very very reasonable price and this man really knows about the fishes which he sells.
