One of the best Home stay I had ever stayed. I had an incredible stay at this charming Property! The friendly host and attentive caretaker went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The property's scenic location provided breathtaking views that truly made me feel at peace. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful amenities, every aspect was top-notch. First of all the property is superb, awsm, very clean and well maintained property. The host AJ he is very kind hearted person, he guided us very well on visiting places in Waynad. Simply wonderful! The location is so serene and calming. The rooms are perfect, maintained very cleanly and have a nice cooling effect. The property is a vast one with the owners staying in the same compound. Have to mention that they are one of the sweetest people we have met in all these years of traveling. Great hosts and so intuitive help everytime. For the context here, kodai used to be open to rental self drive bikes and cars before 2019. Now you have to be dependent on local taxis or own vehicles which you drive down to kodai. The bargaining and good word to ensure our safety was all done by Avantara. They don't charge exorbitant prices and they maintain their standards through out the journey of booking their place till we leave from Kodai. A very beautiful garden and a 150+ years British made structure is also there. The support staff are very cordial. Overall, a home away from home is the feeling that you get out of Avantara.

Avantara is a very beautiful property situated amidst the Lake. The landscaping and location of the rooms are marvelous, each facing the lake and mountains, the food was delicious, overall the best property I have come across with very sincere staff. I wish I could have stayed for atleast 2 days

I along with my father travelled to kodai, Ifound this property. This is the best place the views are amazing. Hats off to the staff for serving top notch food. The views are picturesque and lovely landscapes

Location is average I suggest to maintain good hygiene in and around the rooms but the food they served was really good and the only issue is with the in and around maintaince ,if they improve this it's a 5star

Nice wooden cottages with lake view...night campfire and there home made food just awesome...very neat and clean beautiful place for stay ....

A cozy secluded stay, with a beautiful scenery and delicious food. A little inconvenience in reaching out to the housekeeping though! But a perfect place for weekending.
