One of the best decisions I have made in the recent past is choosing abhilash sir as my yoga guru. He is very knowledgeable. Understanding and approachable I have been searching for a good yoga trainer for quite some time and i am privileged to get under the best one. Yoga has helped me to come out of the addictions it changed my sleeping problems I started focussing on my career and I become the best version of myself thank you abhilash sir.

Just at the end of an amazing week with Abhi at Rockholm, Kerala. His insightful discussions and hugely beneficial adjustments have really progressed my practise. I'm leaving feeling calm and rejuvenated ready to return to the UK. Thank you Abhi for your expertise.

I have started yoga classes from last month onwards . I would like to share my experience as I am really motivated by Abhilash Who is an ardent lover of yoga . He has excellent knowledge in his subject and explains scientifically also the benefits of doing the various asanas . Though I am just a beginner he has created such interest into my system. Me being a teacher I can truly appreciate his teaching skills and patience in developing such interest towards yoga. Abhilash sir is a wonderful yoga instructor! He is truly a natural talent and although he hasn't been teaching for long, his classes don't show it. I love how he selects a meditation or technique to focus on throughout the practice.
