Maintenance is very good , house keeping staff are kind .visited many times best place to have a peaceful stay . Saw the previous reviews felt complete opposite .
Visited in June 2022. If Google allowed, would have given negative 5 stars to this place because of the following reasons: 1. Staff are fraud. They collect money but do not give proper bills/receipts. Tell you to leave even before time, keep pestering you for the same until you budge. Behave as if they are doing a favor to you by lending the room. 2. Staff is rude: Staff personnel have no regard or consideration or respect towards elderly. Completely arrogant folks. 3. House keeping staff are OK, but keep asking money. 4. Room are ill maintained - smelly/moist. Mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, pillow cover are all dirty and stained. I feel sorry for the donors of this place - all their good intentions are getting overshadowed by the bad behaviour of the Staff. Request any donor who is reading this review, to make it a point to escalate this issue to the right persons and appoint the right Staff. We somehow managed our stay at this place so that we could focus on the purpose of visiting Tirumala. Another major disadvantage (this did not impact my rating as I knew it beforehand) is the location - without personal vehicle, it is very difficult to manage movement in and out. Also, there are not places within walking distance for food (even for tea). If possible avoid this place. In the worst case you end up in this guest house, be wary of the staff and plan your conveyance well.

Lot of bed bugs In room no 118 on walls bedsheets bed covers pillows and negative and negligence response from receptionist and my humble request dont spoil swamjis image because of wrong management.
It is a very good place and room maintenance is also good. It's suitable only for when you have your own vehicle. There are no shops nearby, please carry all small needs.
If we are not getting accommodation some where better then we can go for this peetham. Manager is very rude. Initially we did inform that we will stay 2 days. But this guy just was asking us to leave and was talking absurd. He took money for two days but asked us to leave before. Rooms are old, no maintenance. No room service. No food options. No water filters atleast . The behavior of this manager is too bad . Don't go for.it.
This is the most serene and divine place with lots of positive vibes in and around. House keeping was awesome. Good ambience. We had a family event and we booked it for 3 days. Caterers were outstanding both in cooking and serving.
Little far from the temple (on the way to papavinasanam). The rooms are well maintained and location is very pleasant. But the problem is u don't get anything to eat or drink.. Even for snacks u have to go to at least 1km.
