Spacious rooms and multiple Spacious halls of varied sizes. Professional staff. Clean and well maintained premises. Good food and sumptuous morning breakfast. Far from the city traffic and crowds. Ample parking. Use of plants on the building walls keeps the temperature cool. Only drawback is non-members cannot book for events!

Too many unnecessary rules and regulations. Management should pay the staff well, so that they dont bring in their financial frustration at work and can behave nicely with guests. Asking guests to exit maybe so they not need to work. So pathetic. Staff chilling at swimming pool area and asking guest to exit in rude manner

Let's start with reception,welcome was excellent we got our rooms in on time,service is very good rooms r also good no complain,they change every day fresh ur rooms food was excellent even u get Jain food,it was superb, whenever u call u have any queries,they solved in no time It was very pleasure trip to Avadh @Surat.

Review for SIP Restaurant at Avadh Utopia - Surat It was fabulous experience yesterday night at SIP restaurant. I invited my friends and family for the dinner and we enjoyed delicious food with lots of choices. All the variety food were very testy and fresh. Decorative various food counters were remarkable. I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and had a rather disappointing encounter with the receptionist, Mr. Jay. I had requested an early check-in due to my conference schedule, but despite waiting patiently for four hours, Mr. Jay was unable to provide me with a room. I explained that I wasn't feeling well that day, hoping for some understanding, but unfortunately, Mr. Jay did not seem willing to empathize with my situation. This lack of empathy and the extended wait left me quite frustrated and disappointed. It's essential for hotel staff to be considerate of guests' needs and circumstances. I hope the hotel management can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests."

Best place to spend weekend with your friends. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service is wonderful. Ambience is so cozy. And their breakfast spread is really delicious.

These guys know nothing about hospitality at all, they should probably appoint a general manager who hails from Himachal Pradesh and knows this business well. The watchman at the main gate has got too much weight in his balls, which is not how he should behave with a guest, I was too tired the day I checked-in, so Ignored him, otherwise I would have held him with his balls right at the gate.
