My last visit was in 21st September 2017 in Old Complex. This time , it's in New Complex. The Old Complex too has been Maintained Very Very Well. Hats Off to Dilipbhai Undhad & his Entire Team. Avadh Utopia Vapi is one of the best resort in every condition like that room, emanates, restaurants, food, swimming pool and any other activities, further room resort is very neat and clean provides every facilities like that gym, spa, sports and all other and I think perfect vacation for this resort

A great property, well maintained. Scrumptious food, best thing - only vegetarian. The buffet spread can make any 5* envious. Staff so attentive and courteous.

One of the most premium places to be at, with lots of amenities and best quality rooms. The food is a bit costly but at par with 5 star & international standards.

one of the finest resort in vapi, although there are close to 1000 villas where the one who own the them stay on regular basis. its like a small town which has been created where everythig is available inside . from lavish club house to swanky restaurants and play area and upcoming jain derasar (shikhar bandhi derarasar). the per night charges per room for 2 is 5k which includes breakfast. the rooms are well equipped . Network is pretty low in the area so need to deal with that but once connected to wifi, its seamless . activties like - lawn tennis, bowling alley, play area for kids, games zone , can be availed on paied basis. swimming pool and library is included in the room cost. there is a theatre too where there are afternoon and evening shows. the staff in whole of the resort are warm and very helpful. there are2 large swimming pools one also has a jacuzzi. the best part is only veg food is available in the whole of the resort. a suggestion to to management of resort is we understand you have valet parking services and there is dust settling where car is parked in the designated open space but while check out you should do basic exterior cleaning of the cars . as it look very dirty being in the open parking for a couple of days.

Massive complex, very nice multiple restaurant options, big sized rooms. Room rates on higher side though, should be made competitive for large gatherings.
