Located in the heart of the city, Navrangpura Autograph is a restaurant inside Super inn Armoise hotel. The interiors are decent, and the ambience is good. We heard about the introduction of Fararali thali and with Navratri approaching we went there to try out the same. The Service was prompt and staff were courteous. The thali comprised of Roti, Puri, Alu Sabil, Kadhi, Dhokla, Sheera and Sabudana Khichdi. The food was freshly made and surely tasty. We also tried Paneer Butter masala and roti that too was good. Overall a really good place to have meal in this part of the city, whether you are staying in the hotel or visiting this part of the city.
Amazing experience it was. The food was lip smacking. Actually, they took longer to serve the dishes we ordered and we were like fed up of waiting but as soon as the dishes were served on the table, all the complaints vanished. It is an in-house restaurant of Superinn Armoise Hotel. Ambience was average but those who believe in the quality food, should visit this restaurant. Recently had the misfortune of dining here, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, this establishment managed to excel in providing the worst customer experience possible. I strongly advise everyone to stay far, far away from this place. First and foremost, the restaurant had the audacity to make it seem like they were doing us a favor by serving us during their supposed "regular" operating hours. We were treated as an inconvenience from the moment we walked through the door, as if we were interrupting their precious time. The problems only compounded when it came to the invoicing service. Let's just say that "untimely" is an understatement. It seemed like the staff had no idea what they were doing, fumbling around with paperwork and making one mistake after another. It took an eternity to receive our bill, leaving us frustrated as all hell. To make matters worse, the condescending attitude of the manager was truly astounding. Instead of addressing our concerns and taking responsibility for the restaurant's shortcomings, they responded with arrogance and superiority. But the cherry on top of this disastrous experience was the restaurant's abysmal systems that simply couldn't function on time. It seemed like chaos reigned supreme in the systems, with no sense of organization or efficiency. Our patience wore thin as we watched other diners come and go while we were left waiting. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how much I urge you to avoid Autograph. Their lackluster service, untimely invoicing, condescending attitude, and dysfunctional systems make for a truly terrible dining experience. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different establishment that values its customers and knows how to provide a pleasant dining experience. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
The food here at the restaurant is really good. We all friends had a very good experience. All my non-veg friends also found the food up to their expectations. Decent and clean place.
This is unfortunate that I need to give one rating because zero is not the option to rate this restaurant. Hopeless service. Pathetic staff behaviour. Along witht that food was awesomely pathetic. Really not at all recommand at all. Person sitting here is too rude. Mr Kumar who are Manager is not having manner to talk to customer.
The staff at reception do not seem to have a welcome attitude. They seem to look for ways to collect additional charges from the customer in the name of early check in, breakfast on arrival day, increase in members in room etc. Confirm all comments in mail/ message to avoid paying additional charges.
It is one of the best example of mismanagement, they colloboarate and offers coupons and later deny accepting it, person taking order was completely confused , on certain items he refused on certain informed that it will be late, and brought the items that were cancelled from orders and rest came after one hour and it took another hour for just billing do not waste your time and money on this place

We sustain from that There after we go for unlimited lunch rs of 740per person! We order 5 lunch They ask for soup, and starter Not bad but not so good! I'll never suggest anyone this lame Resturant! Then without our suggestion after 25 minutes waiter came with ready subjis and roties which was without our suggestions and also on accordance to their choise (what a great servi They provide in exchange of RS 740+gst(pp) It was my major mistake to choose that reasturant . After that when i just seeoff my guest And called manager to complain for this third class service he answered me "AAP NE TABHI NAHI BOLA"! I was like Before my guest how can i scold anyone for providing me worst service! They are not even answered me properly or Even i not expecting from anyone too! Asssurely I'll reach to the owner of Resturant and also complain about this personally shortly!
