Posting my review after my 6th service @Nikam Yamaha, Ichalkaranji and especially after two crucial incidents. ( Fork oil + Rat Damage case) Rat Damage case - On 1st of September I was here for my 5th service and after Rushi ( Technician) opened the seat, we got to know that there's a Rat damage on the wiring harness. Attached are some of the images here. Along with that the air filter also got damaged. I had my OD insurance and the Nikam Yamaha staff helped me out to claim that smoothly. Even though generally there is no claim for offered for electrical damage by Insurance companies, Manager, Umesh Sir, Rushi, Mallesh tried there best and settled the claim at 75% . And after almost one month on 28th of September got my job card closed and the bike was working super fine. So, conclusion through this incident and many more services is the technical staff here is super knowledgeable and humble. They always try their best to identify the root cause and provide an appropriate solution for the same. Once again thank you Nikam Yamaha, Service Manager, Umesh sir, Rushi, Mallesh, Arbaj for your support. Very happy with service and looking forward for many more Some tips - 1. Reach here at 9 AM to avoid waiting. 2. AMC package is better option for paid services. 3. OD cover should always be available. 4. Credit card won't accepted here. 5. Pathetic experience at Nikam Yamaha. They broke the fiber of my Alpha. Vehicle was also delivered dirty after service.

I had bought a Yamaha FZ-X bike from a Yamaha's Thane distributor. However I had shifted to my native place and happened to visit Nikam Yamaha, ichalkaranji for servicing my bike. I am very much impressed with the service. The vehicle was serviced well and was ready for collection in time. Coordition within the staff is very well. Service team suggested necessary repairs. I had serviced my bike at various Yamaha Autorised service centres in Thane, Mumbai and Sangli but none matches the standard and customer service like Nikam Yamaha Ichalkaranji. If you are buying an Yamaha bike, Do buy it from NIKAM YAMAHA or atleast get it serviced here!

Worst.... pathetic service I was facing problem with Acceleration Cable and call them to enquire if the part is available and said yes when I took my bike for a repair they told me to wait till they find the part and after waiting for about an hour it turnout that they didn't have any..... Zero co-ordinator, false commitments didn't expect this from a genuine dealer.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. The overall experience was really nice.
