Service is the worst. All technicians doesn't care about hygiene of customers. My buds came in with earwax of the technician after the service and they rejected to clean it.. I would recommend visiting service centre in Kondotty,(ASM is same in others). HARSH REALITY: Samsung's customer support and service is very pathetic compared to their products and sales team.

Even not deserve one star.They are not opening job sheet on time.very bad custamer service especially manager jithesh.We need to contact them daily they are behaving like govt employees.My issue is solved only after regularly contacted with custamer care.

This is Samsung's legitimate mobile service centre in the town, located opposite Malappuram KSRTC on Manjeri Road. My faulty Samsung A70s mobile brought me here on multiple occasions. The first time it was having issues with charging, the troubleshooting was quick and it was rectified by replacing the trouble-making component under the service warranty. They could quickly trace out the problems and come out with a solution each time I visited. Apart from the service, they have Samsung mobile-related accessories such as chargers and headsets ready for sale. The service may be delayed for days at times owing to the unavailability of spare parts on the spot. This service centre is not easily noticeable even though it is located at a prime location. Also not having a proper parking area is a bigger concern for customers.

It didn't meet my expectation. The shop was difficult to find and the way they spoke was not that appealing. There was not even a single name board infront of the shop which made it very difgicult to find.

Excellent Service. Got my fold 4 screen replaced and the service was 100% satisfactory..
