The owner of the shop Mr. Niraj Jha is a magician. His behaviour towards the clients and skill to repair any damaged phone is awesome. Very bad.I have called 4 to 5 times for F62 USB port, they assured me that the parts is there, but when I go there from 50 km distance they told that the parts is not there.
Representatives are quite rude. Definitely unsatisfactory services. Earlier I have been in Samsung Care in dhanbad and I had a good impression. But these guys over here are diametrically opposite
Went there to get fixed my samsung j7 prime, asked them if any other problems exist in the phone other than battery, they checked the phone quickly, told the solution fast. As visited around 2pm, only one person was available, so the waiting time was a bit long. Attending Staff had a polite behaviour. Advised responsibly.
Very bad service centre staff behaviour is very bad
I think they should be much more competent in thei works. They make mistakes 3 times to set up the display of j2 18. First the display does not fit properly and i said to set it again and then they come back to me after 1 hour but the back button doesn't work so i again request them to fixed it and at last i get the properly fixed device. After all it is important that they accepts my all requests to split up and fixed it again and again. All staff is well behaved but one mechanic of them was very much helpful and polite in manner who was fixing up my device. Well done bro and thanks a lot.
The service and staff is ok.I gave my mobile here for repair and the repair is done in almost 3 days when the payment time came I use card for most of my payments but they said that they won't accept card payments ,this is ridiculous!! It's official Samsung service centre and they are not accepting card payments.Hope they add new payment method in the future.
Can have somewhat more staffing as compared to just one person sitting at the counter which can accommodate 3 support staffs at once so that resolution to issues can be quick and efficient which is a must to ensure Customer satisfaction.
