I wish i could rate it lower. The 2 girls working have no clue what you are asking. No clue what company is supposed to have or not. Its just a store put up by someone who wants to show buisness under their profile but no service. IF YOU WANT YOUR PATIENCE TESTED PLEASE VISIT. Samsung india should take responsibility of such things and the hassle they creat for customers.

Very bad service the working persons were making joke of the costumers. They were laughing at the customer from the side. I gave them my galaxy a23 because the charging pin was not working so they kept my phone. they waited us till 8 to 9 days telling that the material has not come so come tomorrow and so on. Their work experience is also not good. They charged me total 1,231. So please make the service better. They also fooled my father. So avoid to go.

Nobody knows what to do if your phone dies all of a sudden after an update. They'll tell you to pay 8k to 10k just to replace the motherboard and the warranty of that motherboard will be of 3 months. Whenever your phone dies, its always a CPU issue. I found a good repair person. In just 2.5k he repaired my phone and he only took 30 minutes to do the work! Never go here!!

Pathetic Service and no knowledge of phone or service at all. Even after the phone being in warranty, they mention as out of warranty.

Got my phone repaired after months from placing the order. Order was placed on Dussehra day and phone was repaired only days after Tulshi Vivah ended. Communication wasn't satisfactory, had to call them up week after week asking about the status and at times, they wouldn't even pick up the call. Not an experience a paying customer should have to face. After an unjustifiably long time, they did fix my phone it and give to me, but I'll never visit here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

If you want to waste your time , you can visit. To get screen repair had to vist the center 4 to 5 times, and they took ~1 month( very quick response ) bonus: first they quote some price after repair they charge you little extra, by telling some baseless stories. 0.0/5

This service center doesn't even deserve 1 star. But it's the minimum rating we can give. These people are so broke that, they are not giving back balance amount. They didn't returned my balance Rs. 18/-. Although Rs. 18 is not huge amount for me, but it's not the question of Rs. 18. It's professionalism, Just think how much they are making just by not returning balance amount to 'n' number of customers. I hope my Rs. 18 donation will help owner to recover from financial losses. Also they have very poor reception, I don't know why they have provided contact number. They answers calls after calling them 10-15 times. You will have to visit this service center minimum 4 times. 1) for booking appointment. 2) for giving them device. ( They will just take device, and only will do general diagnostic) 3) For paying advance towards repair. 4) to collect device. (If you are lucky, or else more 1-2 visit) Service is not prompt, and they are not committed to the delivery date. I was called to collect the device but when I went to collect my device, they said it's not ready. Think before buying Samsung device. I had given feedback on Samsung support also. I hope Samsung will read reviews about their service center and will take proper action.

Don't trust the manager of this service centre . They are cheaters and looters.. be careful while dealing with them. They will tell different rate in the beginning and then they will charge more after the repair completes
