I was impressed by the efficiency of the authorized Samsung service center. My mobile was repaired within the promised timeframe, and the staff was friendly and informative. A trustworthy place for Samsung device repairs.

Have to open shoes outside but the support staffs are wearing shoes inside 3. Only mobile can be repaired 4. No repair or replacement provided for accessories (eg memory cards )

Service is very good. I went there for servicing of my Samsung phone. They repaired it within 45 mins. Good behavior and great Service.

Very much expensive. Nothing are available below one thousand (1000). If you go there for your little problem in your phone after warranty period then they must asked for change any parts without any doubt and bill must be above 1000. I have an experience about this samsung care. I go to the service centre for my phone which is not supported the pendrive by using OTG. One mam at 1st counter( I can't remember her name) checked it and asked for change the charging panel, which is getting moistured, and asked me 1200 rupees for that kit. So I declined her offer and leave that place. Going to another local shop, and a bro of that shop here all problems and checked it with his pendrive and tel me that my pendrive through which I checked that my phone is not supported the pendrive and tell me that my phone have no problem and it is OK. "So samsung care is a fraud place, don't go there" If possible complaint against that fraud care.

Situated in a good place, i mean at the middle of bankura town.nice place.behaviour are good of all the agents. But accessories are not available on any time. You can not solve your problem by one time go there. you have to go there 2 or 3 times for your goods.

Resting place for the waiters and customers is not to the marks, not a single fan whereas sit capacity is a lot. otherwise everything OK. Behaviours of Service Person is quite well.

Good place nice costomer support behaviour and staff are good ,Samsung service centre is good .and communication is suitable .near by vairavstan more.
