Worst Service Centre of Samsung! I had given my Galaxy A52s for charging socket replacement, firstly the engineer named Nikunj Panchal had used and confirmed condition of the phone and said to come next day. After 2 days as we arrive there to take our phone he literally flipped saying that your phone has some display issue that a white lines flashes on screen while the phone is on charging and then afterward when we took the phone and used it a bit we then got to know that the display of the phone is too laggy like it has been running on 10frame rates per sec. Plus the white lines are flashing even when the phone isn't on the charge. I feel like the display has been changed tho they refuses it. My phone was all good accept for it's charging but I got it back 2 more serious problems and now i can't even use it. It could have been better if had got it done from the local shop. Samsung engineers are just hilarious and talentless. moreover not even owning up their mistakes.

Very rude behavior from Mr. Acharya. He was not solving my problem and kept arguing with me. Additionally, he was relaxing in his chair while I was explaining my problem, and he blamed me for possibly causing the problem. Moreover, his answers did not satisfy me and were very rude. When I asked him to explain the reason behind my problem, he simply said that we could not know the reason. So, what is the meaning of his skill? Please take action against him, Samsung, as this directly affects Samsung's reputation.

Very poor way of addressing customers, roughest behavior towards gentle people as well. Really disappointed, didn't expect it to be so difficult!

Read this fully. I recently approached this service centre to get my display replaced and this is how my experience went. Being an employee, I can only visit the centre before 11 AM and after 6 PM and their timings are from 10AM to 8 PM(as per the instructions written there). Apparently, I visited 3-4 times after 6 PM but before 8 PM but they denied to register the complain as they claimed that they consult the customers till 6 PM only. Basically, I went for like 4-5 times and received no solution until one day they agreed to repair my mobile after I requested. Talking about the nature of engineers there, I expect Samsung to train them to be polite and understanding. We were treated like we were asking for free services from them. Another thing I noticed is that out of all the customers coming there to get their queries solved, 9 out of 10 were facing Display related issues. Samsung requires to raise their standard for providing swift after-sale service and also their display quality.
