Quick and responsive staff. Token system, so no chaos. Usually crowded so take some time while coming. They even shared WiFi when asked as I need it urgently during my phone repair. They repaired it within 2 hours.

Samsung and all Service Centre is just marketing tool for to make money for the Company as well as service centre. I have visited service centre for my Z4 Fold having hinge issue but service centre not accepting my phone under warranty and asked me to contact customer care for the approval to accept the phone but customer care people are saying to contact service centre. As per my view no body should buy any Samsung products specially FOLD and FLIP series. As company policy is not customer friendly..... I would given negative remarks...

Did not resolve my issue. I just bought a new Galaxy Watch 4. However, it had a heating issue and did not charge when using samsung original charging adapter (charging head). They simply claimed that my charger was defective, which I use on a daily basis to fast charge my phone.

Excellent service, good staff. The centre is well maintained and the staff well behaved. I was facing issue regarding charging in my mobile A52s so i visited to this customer service center and i also have photos and video related to this issue but the customer representative at this location said no take this device for warranty and returned me that this cannot be taken in as issue as it is not not showing issue when she was checking the device

I interacted with Mayank Bhai regarding my phone repair and insurance information. Hinal Ben also provided me with helpful information about how to activate my samsung care plan. Very friendly staff. Speed of the service was really quick too.

Fine service excellent staff

I bought Samsung Buds2 Pro in the start of July, and using since then. During my usage, I found its call quality is extremely poor, my callers clearly hear the background noise, even more than the actual noise. Its terrible, I can barely talk with people whenever I am out. Even at home, a wind noise from fan is also clearly audible and loud to the caller. When I complained about it, samsung customer care representative said that you have to visit the service centre. When I visited the service centre, the in-charge over there talked rudly and said that they can't do anything in it, at the max they can just check and update the software but it is not possible to do anything in ANC. He was very much arrogant and clearly said NO to do anything. If you cannot provide after sale services and satisfactory resolution, then shut your service centre and stop fooling people.
