Worst service experience of all time. I sent my phone for screen replacement. They removed my all important data. They didn't even talk with a great tone. Worst experience ever .

We had a very bad experience.When we went there, we requested to change the screen of our mobile so the front desk man asked us to wait for 2 hours.After that when we entered Samsung Care Center after 2 hours, we got the answer that it will take another hour. I said ok,but when they started installing the mobile screen, we saw that it is not the original screen of Samsung. Had a very bad experience with Ner Chowk Samsung Care.

Good experience but this centre mapping not correct

Easy to locate. Good staff. Work is efficient. But need some proper finishing. Prices are affordable.

I really love its serviceability. The peoples ib service center are friendly and very comfortable. The repairing service are quit fast.

I think samsung should change his staff... They just want you to come over and over again over petty things
