Very unprofessional. They have no manners how to behave with a customer. I found this service center on google and called to understand proper location and timing. The man who answered was decent enough. Upon reaching, there was a small queue. I waited untill my turn. The lady with specs (don't know the name) was very arrogant. When I informed the problem of my Samsung phone to her , she took it , saw front and back and with her mail removed a corner piece of tempered glass. WHO DOES THIS???? and then told to wait. There was no call-out for quite some time. And I left with disappointment.

Very poor service. The person Sitting on counter tell rates and what comes to his mouth. When I referred Rates as mentioned on Samsung Website. Then he correct rates. If I ask for quotation for services I I want he says to give quotation I have to pay . Very unfriendly services for visiting customers for Brand like Samsung.

The service centre experience is 0 worst I have ever seen while taking the phone they'll say * they keep the phone for only 1 week and they'll say they will call you but the reality is something different they take 10-15 days and they will not even care to call you have to call them to ask everything* technician is not professional very unprofessional work done by technician but the other staffs members were cool to talk and they were cool and well behaved. But the technician is a cheat and non professional. If you want your phone to be dead give it to them . I will never recommend anyone about this service centre. Very bad Samsung didn't expected this from you

I recently bought a Samsung QLED and an unfriendly, technician came and he was on the phone constantly, explained between calls said he can't spend time to explain everything. Left in a hurry he had a name of a cricketer so cant remember ! For the high price don't buy this tv if after sales is bad. This boy hasn't given us the warranty card and the wall mount unit he forgot. Innumerable calls infact this boy has blocked calls!! The tv has a scrappy paper manual and it was unimpressive !!! Most showrooms try to sell Samsung over other brands!!! DONT BUY!!!

It's fantastic place. Honest people are sitting there. No rush, no queue for repair. Petty repair is done immediately. Very helping ppl.

One of the worst service centre. Calls are not being answered. The team promises to call and update but no action is being taken. Extremely laid back unprofessional service centre Think twice before visiting this place

overall was a good place compared in baga best part is location and services you can get spa and drinks &food in same place.

One of the worst service centre in goa, not even single star deserve. If mobile want to make scrap then I prefer you to go there. If mobile is out of warranty then they will take for repair, and If you go with warranty then they will never look at you only. better they should close like this service and do something scrap business. In my suggestion they really want to help customer or want to give good service to customer they should close down.
