I approached them for a phone repair, only to be quoted a staggering 7000 rupees for the service. This exorbitant price immediately raised concerns about their pricing practices. Determined to find a more reasonable option, I conducted some research and stumbled upon a different repair center in Vadodara. To my surprise, they were able to fix my phone within a mere 10 minutes, and the cost was a significantly lower 1200 rupees. This stark contrast in both price and efficiency left me feeling frustrated and somewhat taken advantage of. It is disheartening to witness an authorized service center, particularly one associated with a reputable brand like Samsung, engaging in what seems to be exploitative pricing. This experience strongly suggests that P K Communication may be unfairly capitalizing on unsuspecting customers who may not be aware of alternative repair options available in the area. I strongly advise Samsung device owners in Anand to explore alternative repair options before considering P K Communication as their service provider. It is evident that there are more affordable and efficient alternatives in the vicinity that offer the same level of expertise without the exorbitant costs. Overall, my encounter with P K Communication was highly unsatisfactory and has left me with a negative impression of their services. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback constructively and reconsider their pricing strategy to ensure a fair and satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.

In appropriate service, product not deliver on time, we understand it was electronic products so it take some more time as commited but not 3 hour, also my experience -dont know they are fixing our cell issues, or creating more problems ?? in my phone they created more problems which is not the issue while giving phone, more problems create like internet not working, sim card not detected etc, also their staff change words ( commitment ) as before they said while taking phone. Not satisfied, really bad service at anand location samsung service center

One staff mamber is vey rude.
