I recently visited this Samsung Service Center to get my smartphone repaired. While I had a mixed experience overall, there were some notable aspects that left me unsatisfied. To start on a positive note, the owner of the service center was friendly, approachable, and seemed genuinely concerned about resolving my issue. However, my interaction with the staff members left much to be desired. They appeared disinterested and lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to address my concerns adequately. Their lackluster attitude and poor communication skills hindered the overall experience. It would be beneficial for the service center to invest in training their staff to enhance customer satisfaction. One particularly disappointing aspect was the promise made by the staff to provide me with a bill via mail. Despite waiting for over a month, I have not received anything. This lack of follow-through on their commitment has caused inconvenience and frustration on my end. Improved communication and timely delivery of promised documents would greatly enhance the customer experience. While the Samsung Service Center has its positive aspects, such as the friendly and helpful owner, the lack of professionalism and poor communication skills of the staff members, coupled with the failure to deliver the promised bill, overshadowed the overall experience. I hope that the service center takes these feedback points into consideration to improve their service quality and customer satisfaction in the future.

Worst samsung experience ever. Would have given negative stars if it was an option. They delayed my phone repair (green line issue) which led to the offer ending. I even called the Samsung service line and I quote "we would have repaired it if the offer hadn't ended". Sorry excuse for a service center. Now I have to pay 15k to repair my screen which otherwise would have been repaired for free!!!! Saying that I'm furious would be an understatement.

Frist I read too many reviews some says wrong actually really good service center I visited too many but this one is good

Got my phone S8 plus repaired 2 years back., The staff there seems very much arrogant without caring for customer satisfaction and when I asked them that I will write to higher authority, they were least concerned. Plus the number displayed on google for contacting them is not working from last many years, this speaks about their seriousness and service

One of the worst service centre u have ever seen. Coz of their conduct to customers.

Samsung need to come up with some better location in the city as the one I visited is absolutely not suitable for its valuable customers.

Prompt redressal, but bills are on higher side, Unfavourable is time and tide: Maybe it ain't in their control, All this we gotta somehow thole. (c)M A Parry
