No solution on manufacturing defect. These people says that go argue with the seller for replacement. Another service center in Shivajinagar says that will get replacement in 5 days. Not able to trust on this service provider.

I have fold 4 within 6months there problem my phone..i came at this service center but they didn't handle customer properly Need to improve service and customer handling experience. Need proper explanation of problem which consists concrete evidences not just verbal explanations. And also make sure customer freedom to choose what they want, Don't create unnecessary job sheet if customer don't want to continue with the service.

I went to VidyaVilas service center before this they didn't even acknowledged my accessories issue. I came here and asked about service and I get it repaired here within 2 days . Thanks for quick service.

Went to the service center to get my watch repaired as it was not working after swimming. After an hour of submitting the phone I was informed that there was too much water in the watch and that I had to replace the screen as well as the motherboard. It's as good as buying a new watch. I'm sure if I would've went ahead with it they would've put the old straps on a new watch and given it to me. I didn't go ahead with the repair, rather I went to the nearest local laptop and mobile repair shop. That person opened it in front of me and showed me the damage caused by chlorine, cleaned the entire internal parts with isopropyl alcohol and tried starting it. Within 10 minutes my watch was up and running without any issue. Charged me only a meager 100/- for the repair instead of asking me to change the whole watch.

All the young men & women are very helpful and cooperative. Generally return your phone on the same or max the next day.
