They gave a terrible service. They guy who took my phone didn't even know what to do, and they wanted to charge me for one step of the fixing, when my phone is actually still in warranty! I had to call the Samsung customer care for them to work correctly, and they didn't do it even then... I went directly to another service center.

Worst service every had in my life. They were not even able to debug the problem, never expected such kind of service from official Samsung service center. Very much disappointed.

I had a really bad experience with the staff. I was with my parents and we requested them to take the phone for servicing since we traveled 60kms all the way. But unfortunately, the person had no respect for my parents too..He was so blunt! And straight away refused to even hear us. Also, he slammed the door on our face to give us an indication for the closing time which was 6PM and we were there by 5, but still he didn't accept it.

Worst ever experience. I gave "all function serviceable M30 mobile phone" for replacement of display because of minor crack. When I received the phone after display change at a cost of Rs. 4270/- at samsung authorised service center at Udaipur, both of its cameras were started malfunctioning and started working intermittently . Same day I again visited service center and informed them about the problem, they told if problem persists, you can visit again. After a gap of 7 days, both the cameras i.e. front and back stopped working at all.. Next monday I again visited service center and handed over to service . They did something and fromt camera started working. About back camera, they told it needs to be replaced and I have to bear the cost. Since these cameras were became unserviceable because of their mistake in servicing while display change, I told them to replace it free of charge. The service personnel Mr Kuldeep singh started arguing with me. Same time I called toll free number and I informed the matter to customer care representative, the service center incharge came out of cabin and mischievously and intentionally made my back camera again unserviceable, just because I have escalated the matter to samsung customer care number. The incharge misbehaved with us very badly, made both of my cameras unserviceable and now my phone seems to be useless. Customer care representative assured me for resolution of my grienance but till date no information received and I feel cheated at samsung service center. The experience is very bad @samsung.

Nice service but sometimes depends on the behaviour of the service provider. But that's obviously differs person to person. Conjusted space for parking.

Professionalism but overpriced. It should be understood that they would charge you a fortune more than any local service centre would BUT if you want your phone to be original and dont want your warranty to be void then go for it. Recommended for premium phone owners

I have had visited service centre with my problems. I am highly impressed by professional approach by Mr Vikram Sharma attending and solving my problem with a smile. Employee like him always assets for organisations, My good wishes always with him. Best regards. Anand Singh
