Very bad service....I m giving them 1 star rating....agr zero rating Ka option hota to zero rating dete inko....no one here is to take responsibility..... commitment name ki to koi cheej hi nhi hai....they are taking benefit of monopoly here only...everyone is only going to brand service center for reliablity but here these persons are misusing brand name.....Samsung must take action against this....even small brands are offering better service than samsung.....

One the the worse service center I have visited so far in India ! I suggest to everyone who is reading this dont go there. I went there with my friend form many miles of travelling full day and we didn't got our phone fixed yet more damaged with their staff misbehaving with us. We reported with officials yet no response

3rd copy assessors. Never buy any type of phone any think. Even your phone in warranty. They gona a painted a target on u. So please make shore about before buy some think.

I had a very very very bad experience with them. They are not professional at all as well as they don't know how to treat their customer. In their words,"it's is your problem, not our...so we can't help you" Their attitude is very wrong with their customers. They even don't pick up their phone and you have to go and meet them at-least 4-5 times. I purchased galaxy buds plus 20 days before and after one day only I realised that there is a defect in my right bud. So I went to customer care and at that time they assured me that they will give me a new pair of buds. They told me to come after one week. But then after their attitude was totally changed. They didn't bother to pick up my calls and also they didn't solve my problems. After 20 days they gave me used and old right bud which is totally a defective piece. I mean how can they fool their customers and then argue with them. I really want to rate them negative. I didn't like their services at all. They are very unprofessional and literally not helpful. And also now they are not refunding me but giving me coupons so that with the help of them I can buy new things from Samsung . I mean please tell me, when I had such a bad experience with Samsung why would I again buy things from them. #Iwantmymoneyback #boycottsamsung

What I did like was their professional and quick response and offcourse good service too specially Rakesh sir very commited person. Keep doing great work.
