Authorised Samsung Service Center - Hmg Services - Mobile phone repair shop in Basirhat - 24 Paraganas North, India

Today (31 May 2023), I changed a SUB PBA in my Samsung Mobile M33 5G from Basirhat Authorised Samsung Care[ HMG Services] but Authority of HMG Services gave me a FAKE invoice Bill. Here, No Mensioned ofProduct Price, Labour Charge & No GST Mensioned. A VAT no Mensioned but this is also FAKE, it's a mobile number also. The original price of product was Rs 728 but they charged me Rs1350. This is crime & a biggest offence.

Service is good. But they try to manipulate you to make a huge bill. Last time I changed my battery (removable battery) of my old J7 model. Battery costs around Rs1200 but they took around Rs400 extra as their service charge and made the bill totalling around Rs.1600. Is it ethical to charge Rs.400 for just opening the back case and replace the new battery?

I found it not so helpful.... I have a samsung a50 device which has some problems on the display as a violate spot appears and starts growing day by day..... I visited the service center but they told me to replace it which took charge of 5000rs but i have a warranty which according to them is not for the display..... I don't know what is the value of the warrenty then .... God knows

The Representative are very hardworking and listen to the customer... they go beyond their level best to serve the customer .. I had a great experience when i visited Samsung Customer Care in Basirhat.... Customer Representative Biplab Mondal and Aarti Sarkar had guided me alot i wish them more sucess and All the best for Future. Kudos to the team

They are Provide very bad Service. I took their a new condition earphone and they broke the earphone's joint point by themselves for don't do warranty. I don't expect this type service from Samsung. I request you please don't do that Bashirhat Samsung service customer operator, I don't know your name otherwise i mention your name... & I will take action against you.

This Samsung centre is quite good and the samsung representatives listen to the customer's problem and they try their best solve the problem. I have repaired my samsung galaxy f62's charging port there and it's done within a hour. But sometimes parts availability can become a issue to wait for longer period.

Well it's better to sell of your device than visit here. absolutely worthless bunch of idiots sitting there having no analytical knowledge whatsoever about a device. Half of the time they don't have the parts that are required for proper repairing, they do not have Internet service in their centre for weeks to which they do not have any concerns at all.The person assisting on visiting is a jerk, the chief engineer working there is an even biger one, no value of words at all. one of the most f*****service centres i have ever been to.a complete no to anyone who wants to come. instead visit the jadavpur one.This service centre is a black spot on the company's brand and should be closed as soon as possible, it's better not to have a horse than to have one without legs

Here behavior is too good . better than Xiaomi care. And here service very quick.
