Very bad experience....They don't even look at your phone...no service is good...all the mechanics in this shop are just disgusting...by the way this is not a authorized service centre
Extremely poor service. People at this centre do not even listen to your problems and they are not interested to even look at the phone or go through the issue. Not only that, when confronted they have also engaged in mocking their customers. After persistently asking them to look at the problem we were facing with a new phone, although they carelessly looked into it, their persistent negative approach, mocking words were something that made the experience worse.
Bolpur servicing center is very good. I come from 80 km away to use them they understand every customer very well and solve the problem. My family all use samsung products. I love Samsung
