Very poor service.They dont intimate costumers for repaired product. while the product was completely repaired. second thing machine drum was in good condition only drum spider was broken but they replaced whole drum.while this should completely repaired only with replacing spider.

The staff was very rude and the ambience is also not upto mark.

Very bad service. When I go at 6.30pm Samsung service center are not open.people who meet me near told that center close around 6 pm daily.

It's the best and the very Beast becuz when I have go there they Will take all the situation like it's own problem and solve it very fast ly with full dedication and with full safety of data and all test of mobile are has been done here .some roads are not ok but now the construction work is going on and the rate is according to model this this which I love no partiality on price and any other thing for small thing there is no charge and the best advice for free

Extremely poor. No behaviour with customers. The owner behaves so illiterate. Everybody is just very poor in professional ethics. And No good engineers to work. Do not deserve even a 1 star. 0 stars.

Overall experience was good but if you are out of warranty they will tell more prices for the parts to be changed
