I recently visited the Samsung service center and had an unfortunate encounter with one of the staff members. The individual's behavior was extremely disappointing, as they displayed a lack of professionalism and were quite rude during our interaction. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented environment. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Very bad service and time consuming . The staff is very rude , unprofessional ,unresponsive and lacks organising ability. They don't know the value of time and simply makes you wait at the bench for hours . They simple know how to waste your time. Government offices are better than this service centre

Extraordinary service by this specific vetre they have full benifits of the service extended warranty and repaired my broken samsung S22 Ultra screen before the stipulated time and helped served my patients the very same day Dr Amarendra Pandey

Never buy Samsung handset.. They hang a lot after some time and also service is very costly

Team is very supportive and my m21's screen is replaced within 2 hours. Nice service and kind people specially Mr. Vipin and his manager is well experienced in customer handling. I will visit again.

Very rude staff, unprofessional behaviour, exagarating the problem and trying to take financial advantage, I went to get my mobile rectified for mobile discharged and not charging, the sevice executive told me that there is a motherboard issue and need to change the motherboard, but actual problem was in charging port. Which I later got rectified at some other repair center. Very worst, non standard experience of service at this service center,
