Wrong information provided on Google. Sunday ko jab service centre bandh rehta he to google pe kyu open dikha raha he. Or service centre ke dore pe bhi likha he open 7 days a week(except public holidays) so it's 22 October 2023 no any holidays. And yes nobody is receiving call*
Zero customer centricity. Denies warranty without even checking the phone. They are least bothered about solving customer issues. They need to be trained on customer service and customer interactions. Got my phone servicwd from other samsung authorized center.
This review is specifically for staff's behaviour and commitment to serve. I had my mobiles from abroad and according to Samsung it can only avail warranty there. But staff here go beyond their duties and took efforts for approval from Samsung to solve my problem.

Staff is good but not professional while conversation with customer. If they can't provide specific service, they have to talk professionally. Declining customer request casually rather thn professionally. Better to visit service centre near Vijay char rasta, ahmedabad.
They're not willing to solve issues of customers. I had issue of fast battery draining. they just told me that it's normal that 11 to 12% battery draining is normal at keeping phone standby overnight even when internet, gps and apps are closed.
It's 10.22 AM on Tuesday .. and shop is still closed. No notice available.
The staff is so well behaved and they wil provide the best possible options for the damaged part. One more thing, There is no chance of cheating because all the parts are genuine. Thank you team samsumg and especially that man (I am extremely sorry I forgot the name) He is so polite and knowlegeble.
