Very unprofessional staffs, engaged in their own businesses and mobile.

NO 1 FRAUDS, They changed my samsung s 21 ultra main camera. Replaced with low quality camera without my notice. Technician suggesting me to change the handset due to internal parts are already rusted. How it can be getting rust with in 10 months old new phone. 1lakh amount is wasted. Don't visit this service centre they are no 1 frauds.

Today I visited mandya Samsung service centre. If service centre they don't have display Inn hand stock. they said need to 3-4wworking days and there is no edc machine .bad and pathatic service.according to me waste of time no use from service centre.

Lazy People, useless engineers. Takes too much time, they use free WiFi to watch videos on YouTube rather than helping their customers.

The Service is utterly poor and they consume lot of time to get the spare and along with this they don't even have spare handsets to provide to consumers. They never respond properly on phone calls as well.

Not even ready to take mobile for service. Even though I am saying you can give it after 2 or 3 days. Reason is already 6 o'clock we are unable to close the issue on same day. Worst service.

They gave me the duplicate of screencard and get the original screencard money from me.This was so disappointing for me.So i suggest people who go for any purpose.be careful.

I got a replacement phone's vibrating motor under warranty. But their service is too slow. They take breaks whenever possible.
