one of the worst service center. My mobile still under warranty and to get this repair, they are asking to pay 15k rupees. I bought this mobile with rupees 14k during Diwali festival. who will pay to get repair 14k mobile by paying 15k. Are they crazy?I have seen, this manager providing instructions to their employees do not do any replacement of any part of the mobile. Manager is an idiot, first he has to be get replaced with good manager.

I traveled from another city to this Samsung service center to get a problem resolved, but they kept my phone for a day to check it, only to say the next day that they hadn't checked it yet and needed more time. This was a total waste of time and money, and I'm very disappointed with the service.

Service was done and no problem so far after 1month. Communication needs to be proactive. Delay needs to be reduced in case of warranty support. Staff was good and responsive when called over phone or visited the centre.

Waste of time to visit this service centre. There is no proper interaction with customers from your staff. Every day there is a network problem in this service centre. Customers has to wait for more than one month to change a mobile display. What an harassment to customers. I visited more than four times to this service centre, every time I have to listen vulgar words from customers to yours staff. There is no any delivery date mentioned in the receipts. Any one can forcibly enter in the queue, there is no any proper queue or token system in this centre.

Very poor service, they don't care about your problems, then taking too much time time to service not satisfied

There is no options for giving feedback for the worst handset in the standard market means Minus -10, Samsung M21 switch off the mobile in the day 50 times, so friends dont buy the mobile Samsung in the future

State bank of india gives better service than these people. . .they take advantage of peoples helplessness. .thet dont have an iota of thought to improve customer service
