Pathetic, unprofessional and substandard!! The worse bunch of folks whom you can rely on when it comes to getting your way around air condition needs, rang blue star customer service as on yesterday, unfortunately these unprofessional bunch were assigned to the call. The issue I was facing - Ants had started inhabiting around the vicinity of AC casing and invertor, finding their way inside via sunshade hole. Top coolers reps opened the back casing cleaned filters, apparently they found a hole beneath the casing to which they quick fixed the same with i helped them with white cement . I cross checked with them while they were parting if its fine now.They retreated after I paid them their fee. After an hour army of ants were seen emanating inside the air condition, with a 60 days old toddler at home i was petrified. I called top coolers over 5 times to which no satisfactory responses were provided. Even called the MD to let him know about the dire situation to which he replied on his own words ' Ants are coming from outside, what can we do '. I explained him about the toddler at home, and his casual answer was we will see. Never ever call them for any of your needs, if they are assigned to you by your brand deny their service upright. They aren't compassionate, hearing and professional as it became apparent today they operate only to make some quick bucks.

Very bad experience. Bought Samsung AC 5 months back. And serviced twice from TOP COOLERS. it's again faulty(3rd time) As this is in warrenty period, we requested for a replacement. They said, as it's not paid service, they don't provide replacement.

The promptness should be appreciated. Had a faulty ac breakup with water leaking down the vent(somehow). These guys informed me at first that service would only be possible for the next day. But when i requested them to do it sooner, as we had a guest. They came by noon and quickly serviced and cleared the issue. Truly a lifesaver.

I am not supposed to rate the work they do, because they didn't even come for the service on time. Completely disappointed. Called and waited for several days every time they had excuses for the same. Not properly coordinated process. No overseeing of the work they take. Ultimately no timeline or responsibility. They may be good at the service, but they don't give you peace of mind.

Worst service !!!For the past one week we have been calling them for an ac repair everytime they are saying they will send someone and then there will be no response ....

Top Coolers are the worst AC service center in Trivandrum, the service itself is pathetic, despite repairing the unit, it would require repair within the next 10 days, this happened to me thrice in a row. Also the punctuality is the worse. I have a Bluestar ac unit and Top Coolers are the authorized service personnel here in Tvm. Despite having AMC they would demand money for their services. Blue Star is damaging their reputation being associated with Top Coolers.

Good customer service. They checked and serviced my air conditioner in a perfect professional way. It would be be better if their response time is improvised. It took me 2 days for a service engineer to come and check the issue. And though they informed that they would replace a part with 2-3days it actually took more 5days for it to be fixed after multiple follow ups. Overall verdict: Good!

Do not believe the prices they say,, they will charge more and very bad service, and they have no interest to do their job ,, then why work in the first place
