This is NO MORE an authentic samsung service center, This is changed to Haier service center. Actual service center was moved to ashok Nagar, beside BSNL OFFICE( 2/2, Ashok Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522006)
Horrible experience with this service center. The staff are extremely rude, irresponsible, inefficient and arrogant. I gave my led tv for repair which they kept it for 1 month and charged me for extra parts which were totally fine.Please do not give your appliances for repair here. They are bloody cheaters and will try to rip you off..!!!!

Worest service.. They even Don't know how to talk with the customer.. Technicians feels like.. Samsung company is no more without them.. Auragent with customers.. Says 4 to 5 days to repair my product but took almost 2 months.. but still problem was not solved properly..
