Ajay is highly professional & understands requirements very well. He's got great knowledge of all poses , during workout he tells the reason & benefits of all the poses and workout. According to our body strength and flexibility he plans the sessions. He is training me from last one month and my experience is amazing. I can feel my locked muscles are getting unlocked and increase in strength as well. He makes sure and motivates us to complete the daily workout hassle free. Highly recommended for all age groups.

I have joined Austere Fitness center and it's been 20 days, the experience and results have been really great. Lost 2 inches in almost 15days. We have different sessions everyday and the sessions are very well planned. Ajay as a trainer is very attentive of how the postures should be and supports a lot with proper guidance. The sessions are planned keeping in mind the health issues and lifestyle.
