Aurum Beach Hotel - Hotel in Kuzhuppilly, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Dont go there worst experience. Rooms are very having dust and smell and dogs are staying in the rooms and very bad smalls are coming in the room, poor maintenance . That room worth is 1k but in online show 4k. We booked 3 days we losed 13k for 3 days. Guys I refer u don't choose that. In my worst experience that .

Worst hotel in kerala, after charging 4200 rupees per night, we were not provided a key to our room, no bathroom iteneries, lights were not working properly, bathroom bucket had mud filled water already during check in time, no hot water, only one staff for the entire hotel that too very arrogant. Restaurant not functioning, they said they would provide room service from nearby hotel but that too was unavailable. Towel was so untidy to even touch. Not even soap or drinking water was given even after repeated asking. There was no phone in the room to call for service. Kept knocking at the door violently at the time of checkout. Overall the worst staying experience in my entire life

Broken tiles, broken bathroom fittings, bad odour, non-working lights. Nothing there is as shown or said. Horrible experience. They treat you good until you check in and after that, they don't care about anything else. Had to run 2-3 times for water as there was no water supply in the bathroom. They say the recent negative reviews are because of renovation work in the past. But this place is not renovated nor maintained.

They provide good rooms with excellent sea view and all the basic amenities,from air conditioning to a small cooler.There is a small common restaurant outside the rooms,but it isn't sure whether serve food there in the morning.One could enjoy the sea very well while sitting there. They also have ample car parking facility,so there is no need to be concerned about the safety of your vehicle.Altogether,we had a very nice time here and it is easily recommended to a group of friends who would love to have a good time near Cherai beach.

Positive : Location of the hotel is good as beach is just opposite (across the road) and walkable distance to beach. You cannot have beach view from the room but can view from a distance if you come to their common balcony (total four rooms in that floor). Parking is available. Negative: We cannot say it as hotel because maintenence is very poor. Zero cleanliness and no room cleaning service available. It looks like property is fully ignored with deteriorating rooms and no staff available to take care of it. You get a room from where beach is walking distance. If it's maintained well then it can be one of the best place to stay. Electricity is major issue and no power back ups in the hotel. Electricity cut happens during day and night as well and with no back up its difficult to stay inside the room. Cost is very high considering the current state of the property and it's maintenence.

We had reached to hotel but the hotel manager already allocated rooms to other even already booked and we tried to convey after lot of discussion they are not ready to give the room and we lost our 2-3 hour this kind of discussion and lost the evening time enjoyment because of this kind of behavior. Suggest to don't go by online and offline also.

Looks great from the exterior, but that's the end of the story. Very filthy rooms. No towels, many rooms are poorly maintained. TV in the room doesn't work. In short one of my worst stays recently

hotel location is good. it it just opposite to the beach. beach view is just awesome from the room. no hot water facility in the room. in our bath room we did not get the water in the shower. price for the room is good.
