Please think twice before you book this place with family. Rooms/hut house stay cleanliness is not that great. It maybe good for a group of guys who can drink & enjoy alcohol, but definitely not for family. If you are booking this place, then be prepared for mosquitoes (bite) & frequent power-cuts. Dusty beds/bedspreads, mats are not regularly maintained/cleaned after every customer checks-out. Only good thing is, this location is very close to beach.

I had a disappointing experience at the room cottage. The beds were completely soaked due to the previous night's rain, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The room was infested with mosquitoes, which made it difficult to sleep or relax. The washroom was in terrible condition, emitting a foul odor and being unclean. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The only positive aspect was the ambiance from the surroundings and parking area. I would not recommend this place for a comfortable stay

Please read carefully and plan before you vist pondicherry and such cottages. I had no option but to opt for this place. I was highly demanding since i went on weekend. The washroom was untidy. The hut from outside looks good, no Ac. With a small fan, i had to adjust as the other cottages had rooms already booked and full. The guy promised he would give us as one the room would vaccate within 2hrs. But later, he never gave use room with Ac and had to spend the whole day with just a fan. Too many black ants and the bed sheets were very old. He told me they had free wifi and never got any wifi signals there. I dont know how the Ac room looks but this room where i lived was very dirty, full of ants, pungent smell. We were to spend the whole day outside just because of the that dirty smell. No tv connection but were told they had tv connection and wifi while booking the room. Since it was very close to beach we had no option but to take it. The pricing was really high we paid thrice the actual amount just because he told that we would get ac room within next 3hrs. Later on dumped and with just a small ceiling fan to adjust and spend the night.

I would recommend this place for only boys trip. Those who have tight budget.There were mosquitoes and few insects which should be rectified

Hut Stay Review: The primary customers of this cottage are bachelors/friends. Neighbor cottage is also noisy at nights with smokes all around. Place is filled with dust and mosquitos. Need serious maintaince of huts. Will not recommend for family stay.

Not recommended if you're traveling with family or your partner. The place is ideal for a group of friends. Please carry mosquito repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes.

Good place to hang out with friends. Water was salty though
