It's one of the best resorts to enjoy leisure with family and friends and the best if you have a pet traveling with you. They are equally courteous to both humans and animals. The food is great, options are abundant. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will be planning a trip back soon.
We had an amazing experience.Ambience is at another level.They are providing alot of fun activities..Mr.Ganesh is such a wonderful person(naturalist).. that he can imitate the sounds of 100+ different species of birds(male and female) coffee tree plantation(engaging kids to speak and question), story telling, camp fire , nature walk, bird watching and many more. Must visit place to go for a peaceful weekend.
One of the most luxurious resort I have ever been to. It's a 2 year old resort. Mr Ganesh the nature walk and the story telling person is very friendly and has lot of information about Coorg. I would like to give a special mention to the chefs as they serve you tasty and quality food. great hospitality by all the other staff. One thing I didn't like is the yoga teacher as I feel he dosent know the basics of yoga.

Amazing place to visit. The service is very nice and the view is so pleasant. The staff is very polite and very helpful. The hotel provides a great range of activities. Specially the yoga teacher took breathing sessions and nature's walk. Very beautiful view and I had best the getaway with my family.
We (a family of 4 - 2 adults, 1 child & 1 pet dog) stayed @ Aurika for 3 nights in Oct. We loved our stay and overall experience. It was our 1st vacation along with our pet and so we were a bit anxious, but our pet enjoyed the stay as much as we did :). We had booked a pet friendly room, but at check-in we were told that we had a booked a regular room and asked to pay additional pet fee of 3k / night (this was due to their internal system issue). We got bit upset with this initial hiccup as we wanted to quickly refresh after a long drive from Bangalore, but was stuck @ lobby. We escalated it to the property manager Ms. Chaiti and she immediately understood the issue and ensured we got the right room. She was friendly and polite and personally guided us through our check-in process, which was smooth from there on. This experience gave us an idea of how enjoyable our stay was going to be and we found this client-centric culture with all their staff throughout our stay. Aurika is a beautiful property, spacious and well maintained, large rooms with nice garden view, super friendly staff and surrounded by western ghats giving it a serene atmosphere and stunning view. The in-house restaurant served lavish breakfasts and sumptuous dinners including tasty authentic Coorg delicacies (their staff recommendations were spot-on - an area of improvement can be their wine options as most of their wines were out of stock). The resort itself organized variety of daily activities covering all age groups, but we couldn't attend any of them as we had our own plan for visiting tourist attractions. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Aurika and strongly recommend this place.
My husband and I recently had a fantastic 2-night stay at Aurika, Coorg. The staff was super friendly and always went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The resort being relatively new meant that the occupancy was low during our visit, giving us a peaceful and serene experience.
The resort offered a wide range of activities that kept us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the yoga sessions with Sudeep, the instructor. He provided personalized attention and made us feel completely rejuvenated.
One of the highlights of our visit was the spice and coffee plantation tour led by Ganesh, the resort guide. His extensive knowledge and eloquent storytelling made the experience truly engaging. Coincidentally, we had encountered Ganesh during his previous stints at other resorts in Coorg, and he never fails to impress!
While our stay was exceptional, we did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The driver amenities could be enhanced, as there was no food service available for them. Given the resort's secluded location, it was inconvenient for our driver to access food. We hope that this can be addressed in the future to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests.
Additionally, the approach road to the resort could use some improvement as it was not well paved. This small change would make the arrival experience even more delightful.
Overall, our stay at Aurika, Coorg was quite memorable. The staff's hospitality, the range of activities, and the knowledge shared during the plantation tour made it an unforgettable experience.
Me and my family enjoyed the stay a lot. There is lot of greenery and calm and peace in the environment. This place will fill you with peace and calmness. And overall the rooms are also good and spaceous and the staff is sooo humble and sweet. And also there are very very amazing activites like story telling,bonfire and coffee plantation tour wonderfully organised by the Naturalist Mr Ganesh. Overall superb place for you and your loved ones to spent time together and have a wonderful time.
Visited in November 4 nights stay. Overall had a pleasant stay. The property is spacious and serene with well maintained rooms. The food was good and staff was very courteous.

I would say "beyond my expectations". Initially I was bit nervous while making the booking as this government run hotel, however my perception got changed completely after staying here. It was an awesome experience. Hotel is situated at the top peak
Looking for tasty food at reasonable price, definitely a must check.
I tried idli wada, masala dosa and filter coffee, let me tell you the wada and filter coffee were awesome and remaining are good enough.
In a nutshell- this hotel is in Prime location, easy access to Raja seat (walkable distance), Mandalpatti (front desk can arrange Jeep safari to/fro from hotel at fair price- we paid 3k), room was clean and spacious.

Had a nice experience at the spa. Though we werent staying at the resort. Took the ayurveda package for a couple. And got great discount since it was a lesser preferred time at the spa.
