Had a super experience during our Diwali party along with our group stay . Excellent service and rooftop pool along with customized set up for experience dining were among the best . We had a good time and will definately visit again !!

I booked hotel but didn't stay there. Rooms were not like shown in photos. They were very very small and unhygienic . Not even worth the money the paid for. I was a solo traveller so didn't feel safe to even stay there alone. Location is in inside street and environment is dark. Place and rooms smell very bad. I immediately canceled booking.
Good for staying in Andheri East. Not too much good and not bad. Above the average. Prices are good for the room. Room servicing is good. Food is good but not too many options. Bar options are also available.

The service was really bad at this place. We requested an extension for check out (usual 10 a.m.) and were told at the reception we can leave by 11-11:30 a.m. Later in the morning, we received a call from reception (around 10:20) asking us to leave asap as they were having walk ins they did not expect last night. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Neighbouring room was very loud and disturbing to say the least. Even the cleanliness was below par. Expected an okay place for the price but this was very bad.
Ambiance is very good but rooms are small. Service is almost good, food prices very high, they have small bar in a room so check all the items after entering the room, if something missing then you have to pay for it.
