We stayed 2 days in Aurangabad, our itinerary was well planned. We covered all the major tourist spots. Driver was very punctual and courteous. The car was very clean and well kept.
the company is very serious. There were attitudes on the part of the driver, perhaps made more out of habit that I didn't really appreciate, for example when we wanted to go to the bazaar he told us that in India lunch is at 4.30pm and that all the shops were closed. We insisted and obviously all the shops were open and full of people in Aurangabad (on the contrary, however, he wanted to take us to the silk factory with which they have commission agreements on the goods purchased). Do not take lunch if you are in Aurangabad on your way to Ajanta\Ellora caves as the quality of the food is not good (compared to the food you might eat in the city in Aurangabad) The driver however was a nice person and did everything we asked him to do, from better listening to what customers want to do or not.

Very bad experience as they sent you to another train ticket booking agent and that person confidentialy told me that I'll booked tatkal ticket, but after at the time of booking he booked another person's ticket, and booked mine tickets in tatkal waiting list as I suffers a lot I need to go very urgently and that agent first asked me to send money then he will booked....I would suggest please find best tickets booking agent....it deserves stars in minus.
