This place has in it's centre a huge Indian National flag hoisted on a gigantic flag post. The surrounding is lit up by LED lights and few Information boards offer information about the freedom fighters. Though theflag can be seen from far away the size of the flag can only be imagined when you observe it from the below

A good place to spend some time with your group or even with yourself. There is a place to sit. There is a huge pole and the flag of India on it in the middle of garden. The flag can be seen from any part of the city. There is ample place of parking outside the garden. Garden is generally crowded with college going people.
