Treatment was ok but Rude discharge policy. just because the insurance payment process wasnt completed, they didn't removed the saline syringe from my 2 year old girls hand for next 24 hrs, when it was not needed... can even understand this for adults but for kids who dont have control on there hand and can get hurt .... felt bad for my kid.

Aura Hospital is very nice,staff very co-operative, cleaning is also good, my daughter surgery made there, so I recommend to this hospital bcoz I satisfied a lot from there services

My wife had a viral fever and the first thing doctor said is to get admitted. Kis khushi mein bhai. Do you know what has happened. If no diagnosis or tests done, how can you ask to admit on what grounds. CBC test was done. Have to ask for results myself. No explanation of blood result provided as they take 100% amount in advance. Big banners of specialist doctors are put up. Hardly anyone is present. Practice doctors give consultation but you charge for specialist fees. If you are so keen in minting money, I can suggest other ways which you wont like. I wish i should give you 0 stars.

It took more time to make the bill than the time it took me for the treatment and that too in half

If you care for your loved one's, please do not visit this hospital by any chance. My mother had dengue and the treatment we received here was pathetic. The doctor who was in charge just visited the patient once and then he went somewhere out of station without giving any proper instructions to us and appointing a junior doctor under him. They didn't even understand that my mother's oxygen saturation had decreased significantly. She had literally reached to a platelet count of 14,000 and they had externally filled up many platelets then too it didn't increase significantly. Somehow we were fortunate enough to understand that this hospital is of no use and transferred my mother immediately to another hospital. The doctor's there were too shocked to see such a line of treatment from the previous hospital. They immediately took her into ICU and provided her the necessary medications and she got well in the next one week. The Aura doctors were not even able to detect that she had pneumonia too. I'm writing such a long review just to make people aware that please do not put the life of your loved one's in danger by going to this pathetic hospital.

Worst Hospital, they are just interested in business and money making, and no proper treatment provided. Never visit this hospital. Should ban this.

Pathetic hospital I was suffering from dengue nor doctor took proper care of me nor Staff. Reception staff were very rude they didn't provide proper information .

Not suggested this hospital as added not visited Dr charges as well not deduct return medicine amount from the final bill. We have verified this. I am giving a suggestion to everyone to check all the bills. My discharge delay near about 8 hrs late this. We have forcefully discharged taken without any pay bill amount. Even billing staff also does not check the entries in the final bill, just sending it to the claim.
