Although I want to give less than 1 star but there is no option. The worst place, your money will get stuck in the trail, the place where you will meet hungry naked people, beggar people. So visit only once with membership then never visited again and my money get stuck , then ask them to get back my money so receptionist replied they don't have money for food so I gave them as a donation.
This is one of the best Gym equipped with latest training equipments and spacious infrastructure. The Gym trainers are well educated and experienced.
Didn't recommend. I paused my membership due to critical conditions at my home and informed the trainer. Once I came back, the ower didn't continue the membership nor refunded my money.
There were only two trainers, expensive than other nearby gyms. Also machines are old And there's no parking it's very messy outside the Gym.
-Best gym in palam colony . -Joined this gym for only 2 months but i really find great changes in my body and stamina. -Coachs are good in every aspect. -Machines are really good, almost most the machines are available which are useful in weight loose or maintain body. -totally recommended -crowd is nice ( helped me in keeping motivated)
