We visited there restaurant which is on 1st floor, first of all staff was talking among themselves only even after asking for menu they keep on talking among themselves after sometime they gave us the menu. We ordered a coffee (Latte )at the starting only but they didn't provided us with it after we completed our meals they were using the machine to prepare it. We finished our dinner and asked for paying through card... The other staff asked their staff to go downstairs to bring the machine, he refused to bring it. First time i have seen such lazy staff who cannot do such basic things. Really disappointed with the staff. Food was quite good though.
I stayed here for 4 days, and I had a great experience at this hotel. This is centrally located. Easily aprochable from railway station and bus stand. Clean and hygienic Room, cooperative staff, best hospitality, complementary breakfast is good. I didn't visit the rooftop bar so can't comment about it. Overall a good experience staying here from a solo female traveler POV safe and secure. Definitely recommend.
My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff made a significant impact on my overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop restaurant, which offered amazing breakfast. Another highlight being the silence it offered being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I booked it very last minute but the team was kind enough to accomodate. The room was clean, all amenities and hygiene requirements were taken care of. We stayed for 2 nights and overall experience was nothing less than brilliant. Special mention to Raymen who was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The Good : Great location right at the city center The roms had good charging point both international and usb ports. Beds were comfortable Morning tea was amazing The not so good : Really bad buffet breakfast, they keep like 2 idly on the conunterand most of the food were cold Bathroom had a smell and leaks Gave only one towel for 2 people and had to call reception number of times to get a box of tissue. Overall its good for a 3 star hotel but a lot can be improved.
