I recently underwent septoplastic surgery done. It was an absolutely smooth experience with doctor Shailesh. I had been having breathing issues for almost 2 years now because of clogged nostril. The surgery was done with laser technology and took about an hour. The post surgery recovery went pretty well. Thorough follow up was done by the hospital team. On 5th July 2023, my right ear was operated by Dr. Shailesh Pandey. Before this, I had an operation on the same ear about 12 years ago, but since last year, when my problem with this ear started. I consulted two ENT specialists. According to both of them, the eardrum was not fitted properly the first time, and I needed to do the operation as a solution. But I refrained from doing the operation due to the doubt that I would be successful by doing the same ear operation for the second time. After exactly one year, the ear discharge problem started again. At this time, I was looking for a better specialist and experienced doctor. My sister had a successful ear operation which was done by Dr. Shailesh Pandey. I took the details from her. I conceptualized him, his opinion was the same as that given by two doctors a year ago. I raised my doubt that what are the percentage chances of about a successful second operation?He replied with confidence that if you follow our proper treatment then you will get success, seeing him confident I was sure of success and I got ready for the operation. During this treatment, I felt that he was taking a mother's care of the patient and ready to help when you get stuck during the treatment. I was willing to go for the cashless operation and he has made an arrangement for that also. The operation was successfully done by Sir and the staff were also very co-operative. I visited the doctor when i was suffering with acute nose blockage and difficulty in breathing. I was recommended to have the surgery and after a few test was immediately booked for a surgery next day.
