Augustine Girls Hostel - Hostel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

For south indian it is good but north Indian it is bad , hostel is very big but no facilities at all so the student who come for study you must know this they don't provide wifi no room cleaning facility and you have to pay for washing machine, no lunch , no snacks, so I can only say you are paying that much money here with no facilities only for space is good. Girls please don't be fooled by their sweet talk , full wastage of money, rather than u take pg in affordable price with facilities, please don't come here. Here only you will get space not facilities, worth your every penny and take good pg. the people who gave 5star review they are rich so they don't care of facilities they just want space and large accomodation, if you are middle class person please don't come here , sister annie is very annoying.i m giving this honest review belive I faced lots of problems here in this hostel

Not worth it. There are Pgs that are so much better. Parent's don't fall for the 9:30 curfew and their nice talks. The only good part there was the security. Sometimes they won't let you go to something, if you haven't "send a mail 2 days ago". The food? Picture this: undercooked, raw, and a surprise edition of dish scrub pieces - a culinary adventure you didn't sign up for. The rooms are decent, but the staff's surprise cleanliness checks make you feel like you're living in a reality show. They will fine you for everything. For being late. Untidy room. Washing machine key was late. You didn't punch in on time. I'm sure they have more tricks up their sleeves. Prepare to feel the fine pinch for everything - tardiness, room chaos, even a late washing machine key delivery. And oh, they have a PhD in disappearing clothes - ask for CCTV evidence, and you'll be told it's vanished like Houdini, lost atleast 4-5 pair of clothes. Asked the sister to check the "cctv" for a whole week and I was told that "now the footage is gone it's your fault". Sister does not let you play "Uno" cards. Because nothing says rebellion like a forbidden game of Uno.( no clue,why till date.)

The worst ever possible place to let your child be, no wifi, no bringing in food to the hostel, the girls can't wear shorts inside the hostel also. Atrocious behaviour by the sisters. Even if there is an event in college and you come late or call the sister and let her know that you would be a little late then she'll ask you to stay somewhere else because she won't open the door for you.

I have already stayed here for a year and this is my second year. The hostel is great, it has a huge huge campus engulfed with greenery and is hygienic to the T. The rooms are spacious too. The only limitation is the food, which is still manageable for some. The curfew is 9 30 and if you require a night out, you need a parent to email the sister in charge, Sr. Mareena. Most of the students here are from Christ University or Jyoti Nivas College. The hostel has a gym (400 Rs/Month) and a badminton court. The rooms here get booked by the 2nd week of June, so if you're looking to stay here, I suggest you book the place in May itself.

Good hostel to stay in Bangalore. Well maintained property.

This is a convent hostel, open to all girl students regardless of their religion/caste/etc. An extremely safe place for girls where one can just be themselves without being judged or restricted. The place is always neat with a lot of space to exercise and relax. They provide a good environment to study free from the noise of the world outside. They provide breakfast and dinner - which is quite healthy and have a good range of items too.

Clean and spacious rooms. Reasonable rent and good facilities available like Good Food, Security, Washing machine, Drinking water, 24/7 hot water, Gym and Jogging Track.

It was a stay of my daughter, we found it disciplined but many a times very rough. The quality of food was too bad. insects were there many a times, if you complained, they would say it might have fallen from tree, inspite of the fact it was cooked.if you want to eat insect they are the best Lastly we left the hostwl. not recommended to stay.as the girl who complains are harassed
