Such a waste of money there is no need of spending that much money for an accommodation like this really guys this was one of my worst experience Poor service Poor accomodation Poor quality food the complimentary breakfast was too bad There was so many bugs lying on the bed When we entered the room the caretaker was smoking inside our boggy there was cigrette smoke all over when we entered We had extra 2 guest with us which was unplanned still they accommodated them but didn't Provide extra room or bed for them we really had to adjust from our side even though some of us was sleeping on the floor at a 15 degree climate and we had to pay them extra for those guest nothing such a bad experience

August Residency is an awesome property at an affordable price. We went with 58 family people. We booked 13 rooms for 2 days. We enjoyed it a lot. The location was very nice. I would like special thanks to the property manager Vishnu. He is very polite and humble and supports us a lot.. As I went on the bus and the bus would not go till resort but when I said about our situation about kids and senior citizens, he arranged a mini auto for the pick up and drop facility. He arranged a DJ and BBQ facility that was also an awesome time. The swimming pool was also nice. He allowed us in the evening also. They provided their own bike to get some groceries. No one will support this extreme level. The service men also cleaned the floor whenever we requested additional goods as we came from the swimming pool with a gang of people.

Nys experience. Very good staffs and rooms and rest rooms are very clean and tidy. The pool area is also very clean.

Peaceful location yet very near to the highway. Nice and clean rooms. Very good for the price. Approach road may be difficult at night depending on your driving skills.

Call kiya to bola online booking close hai phir customer service ko cancel karne bola to no show me daal diya. Paisa kha gaye oyo and aur ye hotel. Never ever book OYO Just before checkin they told hotel is close over call and later put us no show. Asking for proof of document to provide free cancellations. Whole money gone 3rd time happened with oyo.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The manager was very rude, short tempered and money minded. He was asking for double the money at our arrival and was trying to take advantage of the fact that we had no options available as we arrived late during the night. He even asked us aggressively to immediately take our bags and get out. Something was very fishy, as he would tell us that our booking has been cancelled at one moment and it's not at the another. He was only there when he had to take money and no further services were provided like warm water for drinking, or even a coffee. He wasn't even willing to give us the invoice, we had to push him through for like an hour to get the bill. Also they didn't even have automated gst invoices, they were making it on Wordpad. Even though they knew Hindi they were always talking in Malayalam in front us to exclude us from every convo so as to avoid us from knowing what's going on.

Staffing people are taking extra money after booking from Agoda.Payment was complete in Agoda ,still they took extra money from us,which is illegal as per Agoda policy. There was no proper communication to customer care when you reach the residency ,so have to give extra money Please keep this in mind before booking room here

One of the best budget friendly hotel in Waynad, Sulthan Bathery. Before you pay online, call them once and confirm the availability or pay directly at the hotel for a better deal. The hostel staff are very friendly.
