Atulya Resort - Resort hotel in Laduwarao, Garjiya - Nainital, India

Cottages are very small accoding price. Slow services you have to order 4 to 5 time for single order or you have to go directly at reception again and again. No snack tea/coffee. No liquor permission in the ground.No enough playing equipments but price is very high . Food is good but less items.

It's good, staff behaviour is good. Food, internal facility is good. Please ask for toiletries, water bottles, etc. It's my observation only. Just the issue is distance from the local market or city and no general transport available. I almost paid 35-40Rs per Km for every trip. You need to book auto every time, no ola uber. We were charged 200Rs for 5-7Km. A few things that they can add option. Provide a bike or car on rent facility for users who don't have personal transport.

Location is ok but some rooms are not in good condition you get same menu daily in bufwy because there is no option you get booking with all meals but we order some snacks on alacarte but all paneer is very hard and chicken is also in very bad taste so think twice for food

Had been to various resorts but this was a unique experience !! Food only served in buffet - if you choose to order from menu - not available with them - even after you are ready to pay - no meaning of ala-carte . You are forced to eat what is available with their buffet. Breakfast was pathetic,no fresh juices, no milk only tea was available. Sambhar was more like a thick dal,coconut chutney was as sweet as gulab jamun and idli was as hard as stone. Eggs only boiled egg and upon request omlette was served ,asked for fried eggs ,had no answer from the staff. No signboard on the main road to locate the property as the property is on a bit lower part of the main road, u need to keep on searching Google maps. On asking for an extra quilt, was provided almost after 25 minutes that too stinky... No extra bed was provided,it was already discussed at the time of booking that we would be requiring an extra bed While booking we had asked for extra time for check out as we had a late evening train, however as soon their checkout time was over they started calling us to vacate the property. Would seriously recommend not to go for this property if you are planning for jim corbet try out other options nearby..... There are plenty of options available which we ventured post checking out from here....

We chose Atulya resort as a part of our Jim Corbett experience. A very good place to stay near Jim Corbett with all the amenities. Clean and good service team with some very helpful managers. One small complain will be, the room we got, was not having proper wifi signal.

Good infrastructure with limited/restricted facility A la carte not available and if it is available,the quality is not good. Repetitive reminders required for cleanliness and maintanence. Power failure more than 15 times in 2 days. Bill details provided on plain paper. provided bill only after multiple request and asked me to pay extra GST for bill. Doesn't fall in 3 star category Stayed from 09th june 2023 to 11th june 2023 (Room no 103)

We enjoyed our stay at Atulya Resort. Well maintained resort. Service is good , hospitality of staff was great. Best thing was food. Food was awesome. Thanks to Atulya staff for their service and making our stay memorable.

Today on 11/6/23 I checked out from Atulya resort 1- NO welcome drink on arrive 2- Only tea at 5 pm without any snack 3-hot water in pool 4-place and workers are good but have some management problems
