It's a historical place.. where u can see the remaining of old culture of an agricultural Village and trading centre for cattles and agricultural products.. kalathattu is a small hut like building made for the cattle traders and farmers to rest. Which is made of rock, stones, wood, palm leaves and other things used to make buildings in ancient times. There are big rick vessels for storing water. Which is actually for cattles to drink water in old days. Remainings of this historic place can be still seen here
