In attur railway station what's the purpose they build this building not understanding every visit I'm checking those locked condition only. Railway station people having separate room passenger how to go outside waste of money (common people tax)

Attur is a way side station towards Salem to Vriddhachalam route. It has a beautiful bus route. But, train facilities are not much due to single track.

The station became busiest train station nowadays, the service here are doing good but still they has to improve the facility for restroom. It has special entrance for wheelchair. In night time always police roaming on platforms and surrounding area of the station to protect people.

Station is located in ideal place of the town, from bus stand you will get only autos to reach here. Maintained well, train punctuality is the issue here considering it is single track either of the side from Attur, if one train get delayed then other trains too affected. Platform is quite lower compare to the train height, this can affect elderly people to board and de-board the train
