I was down with a lot of back problems and tried various options to get this sorted. But nothing helped.
Finally went to attitude prime team and the exercises suggested by them took care of my condition very well and I am able to sustain with no pain and with all activities that I wanted to pursue.
They are very technical and hence sort the problem from the root.
