One of the worst customer service in this industry along with selling damaged products I purchased a fridge from them from the next month I am calling them to solve the complaint of that fridge because they sold me a damaged product until now no response from them, if we complaint also there is no use they are just focusing on new customers once buy the product means you already lost money so there is no more customer service but they know how to play in social media marketing along with SEO that is the only reason why you search any electronic product it's shows attinkara in google. It's a humble request to Mr. Noushad the owner of attinkara please don't focus only in advertisements kindly focus on products and customer services too really sorry to tell like this. Really fed up with them in last two years that's why I am forced to post this review, If any one need any proof of chats with attinkara customer care and service team just DM me I can forward to you for verification so every one can understand there customer service.

Very spacious and got a large collection of home appliances. Staff are also very helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant shopping experience here.

Worst experience ever, waited more than 5min at the showroom. Every sales person was sitting with their mobile and no one cared to attend us. Then we asked one of them , we are here to buy some products, should we leave or not. I think we went there on a motor scooter, so that's where they are not interested in attending to us , another person came in a car they immediately attended. Also sales executive are not interested in showing us different models. Attinkara management should care about this bad behaviour of sales persons. When we have to purchase some products immediately attinkara was our first priority. But this type of incident was so negative...

Very very bad experience. Ac was ordered from Attinkara Chengannur. They agreed to come the next day but nobody showed up. After two days of delivery they exchanged the AC unit two times due to incorrect delivery of items. No one cares about this, none of the staff is responding to this, and there is no complaint procedure.

Good collections of electronics items and price and comparitively lower. salesmans are good and polite.i didn't have much issues with after sales service of this attinkara. The other one has very bad after sales service.

The staff are very helpful and they patiently answer any doubts that you have. They also help you compare between models and do not push you towards expensive models. They truly understand your requirements @ Renjith KC
