They buy your gold @ 90% of gold weight. Suppose you want to sell gold which actually weighs 10 grams, these people calculate it @ 90%. which works out to 9 grams. And according to online price on that day like 9 grams * 1 gram (online price) and from the total they charge 3% as commission. You get 90% for hallmark - 88% for 916 kdm and so on. Purity is important If the purity of the gold is below 90% they would just decline to buy. I also observed that their weighing machine is set to so that it shows 1 to 1.5 milli grams less than what our gold ornaments actually weigh. And they give you all sorts of stupid excuses for such things. So be careful ppl.

Purity checking is not transperent.personally l observed it. Remaining things is going well. When Purity is not good u canot earn money. Staff is good in working.but they dont know desency.they talking in too much personal issues during working hours.i am not satisfyed with purity checking.
