Trainers are professional and friendly with clients.
Atlas Offers Cross Fit free training, I'm also part of that. It was a very excellent session and it's going in the morning according to batch wise.
The Trainer Mani doing Good job. The workout session was very useful for fat loss and he is motivating everyone while working out. He is also customising my workout as per requirement.
The Admin team is also doing Good by interacting with everyone to organise the group session.

One of the best Gym in Madurai with very good infrastructure, spacious vehicle parking, locker facilities, separate floors for strengthening and Cardio + CrossFit, Health bar for fresh Juices & diet foods with affordable price , latest equipment's , well trained professional trainers especially my trainer Mr.Surya ( Mari ) & Mr.Suraj they were more friendly, caring and motivating.
